Use this two mouse trick to help cure Carpal Tunnel!

First off, is it ‘mice’ or ‘mouses?’ I couldn’t find a good answer on the web. Nevermind.

Using a computer both at work all day, then at home all evening, I was experiencing more and more pain in my right hand from using the mouse.

I tried several types of mouse pads and devices, as well as various chair heights and padding. Some helped more than others; unfortunately none that I tried took the pain away.

After a few years, I decided to try something both simple, and a little more radical.

It worked for me, and hopefully will for you as well.
