The journey continues with the eighth installment of the P90X2 review.
The V-Sculpt workout is one of two ‘extra’ workouts provided with the P90X2 program. The instructions suggest this workout replace the ‘Chest, Back, & Balance’ workout in Phase 2 of the program.
This is a decent back/bicep routine, providing a number of ‘old-school’ type exercises without a lot of the gimmicky moves found in some of the other P90X2 workouts.
