P90X2

The journey continues with the eighth installment of the P90X2 review.

The V-Sculpt workout is one of two ‘extra’ workouts provided with the P90X2 program. The instructions suggest this workout replace the ‘Chest, Back, & Balance’ workout in Phase 2 of the program.

The journey continues with the seventh installment of the P90X2 review. The P90X2 ‘Chest, Shoulders, and Tris’ workout is one of two ‘extra’ workouts provided as part of the P90X2 program, along with ‘V-Sculpt’ which I’ll review in the next installment. P90X2 Review Part 6 – Base and Back Workout

The journey continues with the sixth installment of the P90X2 review. The P90X2 ‘Base and Back’ routine works two of the largest sets of muscles; your legs and back. The journey continues with the fourth installment of the P90X2 review. The P90X2 Chest, Back, and Balance workout provides a good push/pull regime of pushup and pullup exercises. However, many of the exercises in this workout seem somewhat ‘gimmicky,’ in that they had to include some type of tricky variation. While I did feel that […]

The journey continues with the third installment of the P90X2 review. If you enjoyed the ‘Core Synergistics’ workout from the original P90X program, you’ll no doubt like this […]

P90X2 Review Part 2 – Total Body Workout

The journey continues with the second installment of the P90X2 review. Well, so far so good… From what I’ve seen so far, the P90X2 program will be every bit as painful as the original P90X (but in a good way). However, the ‘Foundation Phase’ is much more focused on balance and core area than the […]
