What’s the best choice? Let’s compare a home gym to a club membership.

Okay, you’re finally getting serious about getting into shape.

You’re starting to eat right, and are reviewing exercise plans that include both weight training and cardio.

Now comes the big question, where will you actually exercise?

You’ve driven past several health clubs including the YMCA, mom and pop clubs, and chain establishments. You may also have a spare room or basement to work out in at home, but don’t own any equipment.
