Running is one of the best workouts you can do to exercise your entire body at once – no costly gym membership necessary.

Join a Team

It’s a lot easier to stick to your exercise schedule when you have others holding you accountable.

Join a sports team, attend group fitness classes at the gym, or find a work out partner.

Exercising with friends who share your fitness goals can turn working out into a far more enjoyable activity, even on days that your motivation is low.
