Proper sleep

Sleeping is directly related to the health of your hair, while you sleep at night your entire system actually starts working  to it’s fullest, it’s the time when your body gets filtered of those all toxins that you have consumed during the day time.

At least 6-7 hours of sleep is advised in order to keep your hair in good condition.

Think before you apply them

Most of the men hardly care about the product they are applying to their hair, they generally go for 2 in 1, 3 in 1, even 4 in 1 kind of shampoo, for example conditioner, body wash, oil all in one kind of product.

Those average products literally damage your hair with time and your hair becomes weak, replace them with good quality and special hair care products, and you will be able to see the difference after using them for a few days.

Use warm water

Always use warm water to rinse your hair, avoid too hot or too cold water as they can cause brittleness to your hair.

Avoid chemical treatments

Avoid those hair styling products and chemical treatments as much as possible, always remember that at the end of the day all those products are going to harm your hair so try to keep it natural as long as possible.

Scalp massage

Massaging your scalp on daily basis increase the blood circulation to the scalp which will help in the growth of your hair
