How many hours of sleep do you get?
People believe that at least six hours of sleep is enough but research has shown that over 95% of the population requires 8 to 9 hours of sleep each night. Yet, a majority of the people isn’t able to get enough sleep.
There are many reasons why the sleep is inadequate. Some people sleep poorly while some don’t get enough sleep in the first place.
Regardless of why you are facing a lack of sleep, there are severe negative effects that affect your mind and body.
